Natasha at BOA in Chantilly rocks

THIS is why customer service is important.

I had to sign and return a legal document, and Natasha at BOA
overheard my situation and offered their fax.

Then she proceeded to hunt down a BOA mistake and made sure 2 bogus
fees were waved.

So Natasha, expect a call from me for a transaction that will make
your boss love you.
