Is it ok to digg your own post?

I put that stupid "digg" post on top of all my posts. Mainly it's their because I can't figure out how to get it at the bottom of all my posts, and I'd like it to accompany several other "buttons" for del.icio.us and those other sites.

So is it unethical to "digg" my own posts? I think so, but I may try it for one or two posts just to check it out.
